In this Client Relationship Manager role, you will work as part of a dedicated key account team managing some of the firm’s most important client relationships. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

* Managing a varied portfolio of clients across the following sectors – tech, life sciences, energy and financial services; Working with the client partners on each account to develop an account plan and strategy; Encouraging partners to cross-sell; Conduct client feedback and working with the client listening team to develop client listening best practice; Horizon scanning and keeping abreast of client and industry issues; Reporting and measuring progress and ROI;
