First impressions are everything! As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Serves guests (provides waiter service and clears away), in line with the Breakfast concept. Provides a high standard of service both in terms of welcome and waiter service.
Main Responsibilities
* Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the breakfast buffet
* Answer all questions about beverages and the food
* Ensure quality service in the Breakfast area and kitchen
* Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more
* Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness
* Apply safety regulations
* Comply with equipment usage guidelines
* Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant
* Ensure your work area is clean
* Organize your work and work area professionally
* Clean and clear the breakfast area
* Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor
Qualifications
* Previous hotel experience preferable
* Guest oriented & problem solver.
Additional Information
* This is a part time position 2 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays)
* Rotating roster mix of early shifts (6.30 to 2.48pm)
* Available to work week days and weekends.
