WORK ASSIGNMENTS
1. Single point of contact for all Quality & Training systemsrelated issues.
2. Develop and implement Ingevity UK Ltd Quality & Training system policies in line with group guidelines, ISO Standards and legal requirements.
3. Carry out Quality & Training systemsreporting, providing regular KPI for review of systems and develop corrective actions accordingly.
4. Proactively support the Customer Complaints process & lead the Quality Near Miss initiative.
5. Maintaining the Document Control System.
6. Liaise as required with external parties including regulatory bodies regarding issues concerning the Ingevity UK Ltd Quality & Training systems.
7. Develop, monitor, audit, and amend systems for the continual development of the Quality & Training management systems performance and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
8. Develop and implement the quality, environmental and safety internal audit systems and manage the relating action plan.
9. Develop & deliver training courses by researching materials and deliver training either via Rapid Global, Safetyhub or directly
10. Assist in general administration duties within Ingevity UK, as agreed between EHSQManager and other departments.
RESPONSIBILITY
11. Independently perform work duties described above.
12. Assist EHSQ Manager in the objectives of the EHSQ Policy at Warrington Site.
13. Assure that the activities are carried out in accordance with Warrington Quality and EHSQ Management System.
AUTHORITY
14. The jobholders have full decision-making authority within the context of budget and priorities agreed with the EHSQ manager.
15. Full authority to stop any unsafe act or process that can harm individual or environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
16. Should be or working towards a Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute
17. IRCA Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent.
18. Professional or vocational qualification in training, or equivalent experience.
19. Excellent oral and written communication skills, confident, assertive, and the ability to work with personnel at all levels.
20. Previous experience in a chemical or process industries manufacturing plant would be an advantage
21. Competent in computer programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
