A growing team thats handling mid-market and corporate accounts across sectors like manufacturing, construction, and professional services. Premiums typically sit £20,000 and above, so youll need to be confident working at that level. Youll support senior Brokers and Executives, get involved in strategy and placement, and be trusted to have a real influence on negotiations with insurers.
Theres no fluff here - its a role for someone tried and tested in mid-market broking who wants to step into more complex risks, sharpen their technical skills, and have more say in how things get placed.
Salary is up to £40,000, with hybrid working available after probation, private medical, a full wellbeing package, and a supportive leadership team that will push you to be better without micromanaging.
