Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped OTE (£58,000- £63,000 realistic)

Key Tasks
* Management of current IT Services clients
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
* Cold Calling and Lead Hunting
* Launch new products to the GHM business portfolio
* Use current customer base to increase average revenue per customer
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
* Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings to meet client needs
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
* Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
* Develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a broad product portfolio offering the latest cutting‑edge solutions
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years selling and managing IT/Software Services
* Excellent knowledge in IT solutions and security
* Customer focused, building and nurturing customer relationships
* Proven experience of increasing annuity revenue within a business
* Competitive and confident
* Excellent communication skills
* Commercially aware
