Our Equity Finance business in London is dedicated to driving business growth and increasing profitability. As part of this successful and highly supportive team, you will help identify and execute profitable financing trading opportunities across European and US markets, providing pricing to clients and managing risk.

What role will you play?
As a Securities Financing/Collateral Trader, you will focus on trading repo, stock loan and financing total return swap (TRS) transactions for our client base. You will work in close collaboration within a team covering the full suite of equity finance products across equities and government fixed income securities. You will be encouraged to think strategically to grow the business and ensure effective risk and control management.
What You Offer
* A minimum of 2 years of prior trading experience covering financing transactions in Repo and/or Stock Loan
* Proficiency in Python and the ability to use this skill to aid the growth of the business by designing and implementing trading tools
* A self-starter who can act on initiative whilst thinking laterally across the business
* The ability to originate and structure solutions for internal and external clients
* Ability to manage counterparty/client relationships
* Awareness of liquidity ratios and balance sheet accounting
* Understanding of Collateral Management process
* Product expertise in financing both SFTs and TRS across Equities and Government Bonds
* Awareness of risk management, particularly interest rate risk, FX risk, and basis risk
* Analytical mindset with the ability to both challenge and be challenged
