Job Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

A welcoming Church of England primary school in Warrington that we are working closely with is looking to appoint a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to become part of their hardworking team. The school prides itself on fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to achieve both academically and personally.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who can bring energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for working with children. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
* Recent experience in a primary school, supporting learning and development.
* Confidence in assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and commitment to ensuring pupil wellbeing.
