Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking to join a leading UK manufacturer of paper hygiene products based in Royton?

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our paper converting site in Royton, Oldham, responsible for managing the Finished Goods and Raw Materials functions.

This is a new role, working Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00, with an early finish at 16:00 on Friday!


Job Responsibilities

* Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods in, goods out, and stock management.
* Implement and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and performance.
* Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct inventory management, stock control, and audits for accuracy.
* Coordinate with logistics teams for timely distribution.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage equipment maintenance and machinery operations.
* Handle staff scheduling and workload distribution.

Essential Skills

* Strong leadership and team motivation skills
* Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
* Ability to analyze and improve warehouse efficiency and KPIs
* Proactive problem-solving approach
* Proficiency with IT systems, stock management software, and process orientation

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in FMCG manufacturing and team leadership as a Warehouse Manager.
