Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to join a busy Project Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. You’ll play a central role in keeping projects on track, information flowing, and customers well supported from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and suppliers

Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear, timely communication at every project stage

Coordinate people, tasks, and information to keep projects running smoothly
*
Support account planning and delivery against agreed profit targets
*
Track project progress, manage changes, and help resolve issues as they arise
*
Maintain accurate, well-organised project documentation and records
*
Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
*
Contribute to improving project processes and ways of working
