This is a key role responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer records, resolving payment queries, and supporting the overall cash flow of the business. Key Responsibilities Managing and monitoring customer accounts Chasing outstanding payments and resolving discrepancies Maintaining accurate financial and customer records Supporting wider finance and reporting activities Essential Criteria ?? 25 years experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable ?? Strong knowledge of credit management and collection procedures ?? Experience using accounting or ERP systems ??
