We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Dordon site, working the twilight shift.
As our QHSE Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems. You’ll work closely with the operational teams to ensure documentation is accurate, audits are supported, and compliance is maintained across the board. Ensuring training and SSOW s are up to date and looking after our on-site contractors and visitors. After all, what good is going to work if we can’t come home safely at the end of the day?
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £ 29000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Ensuring the Quality Management System is updated accordingly
2. Ensuring that all health, safety and environmental matters are dealt with quickly, efficiently and in line with legislation and best practice
3. Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits
4. Manage and coordinate the monthly internal QHSE meeting, ensuring all related stats and KPIs are fully accurate and up to date
5. Coordinate training records and ensure certifications are up to date
6. Promote a culture of safety and quality across the organisation
What you need to succeed at XPO:
7. Previous experience in an operationally focused health and safety role
8. Strong working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislative framework
9. A results and success-driven approach with a focus on identifying and sharing best practice
