We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join an industry leading manufacturing business. This is a key leadership role, responsible for coaching and developing production teams of up to approximately 15 employees, driving operational performance, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. The Production Supervisor position is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (flexible), and offers excellent training and career development with a market-leading manufacturer near the Batley area.
