About this role:
We are looking for a Studio Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Greeting & Assistance
* Warmly welcome clients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and attended to upon arrival.
Telephone & meeting room Management
* Excellent telephone manner
* Schedule and manage meeting room bookings effectively
Office Organisations & tidiness
* Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming and organized at all time.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in shared area.
* Schedule meeting room bookings
* Organize and manage the office stationery supplies
* Liaise with suppliers for appointments and keeping library up to date
Administrative Support
* Assist with travel arrangements
* Completion of expenses and other ad-hoc responsibilities
* Assist in organizing office events and general support for event planning activities
Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:
* Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
* 4 years of previous experience in a similar fast paced deadline‐driven environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
* Ability to take initiative, with strong planning and problem solving skills
* Fluent in English
* Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
