· You’re a campaign conjurer - planning, executing and analysing marketing magic across digital and traditional channels.
· You write copy that clicks - clear, compelling and crafted to connect.
· You’re a content chameleon - switching between blogs, emails, social posts and infographics with ease.
· You’re a data decoder - tracking performance and turning insights into action.
· You’re a team player - collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Bonus points for:
· Knowing your way around GA4, Dynamics 365, Canva, email marketing platforms and social media tools.
· A flair for behaviour change and nudge techniques.
· Experience in membership organisations or the nonprofit sector.
Your essential toolkit includes:
· A qualification in marketing, advertising or a related field — or enough experience to rival the brains behind the best campaigns.
· Proven experience in content creation and campaign execution.
· Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
· Analytical thinking and top-notch time management.
