AXA Global Healthcare (AGH) is seeking a dynamic Global Talent and Capability Partner to play a pivotal role in our ambitious health sector expansion. In this newly established position, you'll develop and execute the global Talent & Capability strategy across AGH, supporting our international health teams in the UK, France, and beyond. With a diverse employee base of approximately 750 professionals across 11 countries, you'll collaborate closely with Chief Health Officers and HR leaders to lead impactful talent initiatives that align with our vision for health innovation and excellence.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:
* Develop and lead the Talent Management strategy for AGH, including talent prioritisation, key talent pools, succession planning, and stakeholder engagement with CHOs and HR partners.
* Oversee health organisational talent reviews, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen talent development and succession plans aligned with business needs.
* Monitor talent data to demonstrate impact, support talent assessment for key roles, and ensure alignment with AXA Group talent initiatives through collaboration with group teams.
* Assess current capabilities and design a capability building plan with Health Excom to develop critical skills, including technical and medical expertise, tracking progress and impact.
* Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy for the international health business, launching core initiatives and analysing data to improve learning outcomes.
* Collaborate with AXA Group and local L&D teams to leverage resources, ensuring learning solutions meet business needs and support talent development.
* Build capability in talent acquisition processes and systems for international hiring, managing relationships with UK and France TA teams to meet business requirements.
* Stay connected to external best practices and bring innovative ideas to shape talent and capability development within AGH.

What you'll bring:
* Extensive experience in talent management, organisational development, or L&D, preferably within a global context.
* Proven success in designing and implementing scalable talent and learning strategies across diverse, multicultural environments.
* Strong ability to assess talent, provide insightful candidate feedback, and evaluate role suitability.
* Demonstrated influence with senior leadership and ability to manage stakeholder expectations across regions.
* Proactive relationship builder with a collaborative approach, capable of gaining trust and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
* Excellent coaching skills to support leadership and skill development.
* Strong change management capability with strategic vision to drive transformation across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics tools, plus project management, facilitation, and coordination skills to oversee global initiatives.
* Ability to navigate complexity, prioritise effectively, and simplify processes, with a good understanding of global talent markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
