Are you passionate about brand building and creative marketing? This is a standout opportunity to join the JDE Peet’s UKI marketing team, working across iconic coffee brands—Kenco, L’OR, and Douwe Egberts. You'll be part of the Equity & Communications team, helping to shape and execute impactful campaigns and consumer activations that bring our brands to life.
What you'll be doing:
- Champion brand guardianship by upholding creativity and consistency across touchpoints
- Collaborate with external agencies to deliver innovative and effective campaigns
- Own and expand our Park Run partnership, taking it to exciting new levels
- Drive social and influencer strategies to reach younger audiences
- Lead design-to-artwork projects, ensuring flawless in-store execution
- Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets with precision—tracking, reporting, and optimisation
Qualifications

What we're looking for:
* Prior experience in Marketing, ideally within FMCG.
* Hands-on exposure to digital and shopper activation development and execution.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
* Proven project management capabilities, from planning to delivery.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, relationship-first mindset.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude—you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity.
* A “can-do” spirit with the agility to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
