Are you a caring and committed Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently recruiting for a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Doncaster, starting immediately.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to pupils who need additional help to access learning and reach their full potential.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH)
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support strategies
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development
* Track and report on pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
* Patient, empathetic and resilient nature
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3 desirable but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
