Main duties of the job
About The Role
Based atHMP Lowdham Grange, a Category B men's prison, you'll be a core member of a dynamic mental health team delivering a comprehensive service that spans both primary and secondary care.
You'll:
Provide safe, effective, and person-centred mental health care
Support the Matron for Mental Health in service development
Act as a role model for dignity, respect, and compassion
Work collaboratively with prison staff and external agencies
Hold a caseload and contribute to triage, care planning, and risk management
