Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic full-time Center Manager for our Chester location. This on-site role involves overseeing the daily operations of the autocentre, managing a team of technicians and staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, meeting sales targets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. The Center Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in team leadership, staff management, and training coordination
* Strong skills in inventory control and scheduling
* Experience in vehicle maintenance services, including tyres, brakes, and general car care
* Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in the automotive industry
* Previous management experience in the automotive or related sector is advantageous
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software
