? Meet the Client Our client is a bright, energetic 10-year-old girl who lives at home with her family. She has autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and challenging behaviours, and needs a support worker who is calm, patient, and enthusiastic.
She responds best to structure, kindness, and fun interactions. With the right support, she can thriveand you can be a key part of that journey. ?
Your Working Hours Term Time: MondayThursday, 1:30pm5:30pm (16 hours/week) School Holidays: 12 hours/week split across Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday (4 hours each day) (Exact times may vary during holidays) ? What You'll Be Doing Providing tailored support in the family home Assisting with her daily routines and activities Managing behaviours with patience and positivity Supporting emotional regulation, play, and communication Working closely with her family to ensure consistent, nurturing care Shifts are double ups so you'll be working alongside another team member. You'll receive full specialist training, shadow shifts, and support from your Care Manager.
