AI Solutions Lead – Microsoft Ecosystem
UK Remote | Up to £100k + 10% Bonus
This is a high-impact, customer-facing AI role where you’ll shape, sell and deliver real-world AI solutions - not just strategy decks.
You’ll sit at the centre of growth, working across pre-sales, solution design and delivery, helping customers unlock value from Azure, Power Platform and AI technologies.
You’ll play a key role in expanding AI capability and revenue - owning how opportunities are shaped, won and delivered.
The Role
* Lead AI-focused pre-sales and solution shaping across Microsoft technologies
* Design end-to-end solutions across Azure AI, Power Platform and automation
* Drive new business and account growth through AI-led opportunities
* Act as a trusted advisor, engaging customers from discovery through to delivery
* Develop commercially strong, value-led proposals
* Identify and embed AI opportunities to drive upsell and cross-sell
* Stay close to delivery, providing hands-on support and solution guidance
* Own high-level design, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and outcome-focused
* Support teams in solving complex technical challenges
* Build capability through reusable assets, patterns and collaboration
* Promote practical, value-driven AI delivery across the business
What You’ll Bring
* Experience delivering solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Azure AI, and Copilot Studio
* Background in pre-sales, solution design and customer engagement
* Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
