Duties
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to our portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, co-ordinating property viewings, organising contractors and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, committed to team goals and personal development, and a proactive attitude towards problem solving.

GCSE in Maths and English• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be confident with technology
• Be reliable and understand the importance of good time management
• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all teams
• Have a good telephone manner
