Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Optional overtime available for those who wish to earn more Benefits Competitive starting salary (£28k£35k depending on experience) plus bonus opportunities 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Company van & fuel card (personal usage allowed) Overtime opportunities Uniform & tools provided Progression opportunities Company pension scheme Full training from a supportive, friendly team within a professional but relaxed environment Flexible working hours Supportive team culture Local work focus on your area, no long-haul travel Company mobile phone Key Responsibilities Install fire detection and aspirating systems, emergency lighting, remote monitoring, disabled refuge, toilet alarm, and nurse call systems Carry out ongoing planned and reactive maintenance, mainly in office buildings and schools Support customers and collaborate with operations, sales, and administration departments as needed Follow company Health & Safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment Requirements Any additional capabilities or basic programming knowledge relating to the above systems is advantageous (training can be provided) Proven ability to troubleshoot and recommend appropriate actions for fire detection and alarm system faults Experience working in commercial or construction environments City & Guilds 236 (parts 1 & 2) or time-served equivalent preferred but not essential 17th/18th Edition Electrical qualification desirable but not essential FIA qualification not essential Full UK driving licence Strong commitment to health and safety Knowledge of products from manufacturers such as: Ampac Kentec Advanced Electronics HAES Gent Hochiki Apollo Vesda Airsense Honeywell Wagner Quantec C-TEC Baldwin & Boxall Why You'll Love Working with Us At CTS Electrical, were more than just a team were a family.
