The Role:

* Create memorable guest experiences across all dayparts, from morning coffee to afternoon tea, lunch, and evening cocktails.
* Deliver exceptional, luxury-standard service that upholds the hotel’s reputation for elegance and refinement.
* Warmly welcome guests, provide professional beverage guidance, and tailor experiences to individual preferences.
* Prepare and serve drinks to exacting standards, demonstrating strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and classic cocktails.
* Contribute creativity and innovation to the cocktail menu, developing new and inspiring drink offerings.
* Maintain an immaculate, well-stocked, and fully functional bar, ensuring all equipment meets operational standards.
* Handle cash, charges, and float procedures accurately and in compliance with company policies.
* Upsell premium products and services through thorough knowledge of hotel offerings and luxury brand standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues across all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Support other departments when required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive team attitude.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance mixology skills and deepen product knowledge.
* Comply with all hygiene, fire, health, and safety regulations.
* Bring passion, creativity, and a guest-focused mindset, with a warm and approachable demeanour.
