Finance Manager (£55k to £70k depending on experience)
📍 Rejuvo House, The Sidings, Hampton Heath, Cheshire
🕘 Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

What you'll be doing:
You'll lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting—driving performance through actionable insights and robust management information. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the financial future of the business. Your role will balance strategic oversight with day-to-day financial operations including payroll, VAT, cashflow and compliance, all while mentoring a small, capable finance team.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:
Key Skills
* Strong track record in financial planning, budgeting, payroll and forecasting.
* Experience in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with broader business goals.
* Demonstrable ability to manage teams, foster collaboration, and develop talent.
* Proven experience liaising with auditors, investors, and senior leadership to provide financial insights and ensure compliance.
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
* Proficient in financial software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and production of management information.
Education
* A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related field.
* Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role.
* Previous exposure to traffic management, surveying, or construction-related industry is advantageous.
