RESOURCER – INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT (Busy Desk)

Vanta Staffing are looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our very busy Industrial recruitment desk in Maidenhead (just off the A404). This role is heavily focused on CV screening, filling bookings, and speaking to candidates all day, so you'll need to be organised, quick-thinking and confident on the phone.
Key responsibilities
1. High-volume CV screening and shortlisting for Industrial roles (warehouse/production/pick-pack/hygiene/FLT etc.)
2. Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, databases, referrals and social media
3. Filling daily bookings—confirming availability, sharing job details, and getting workers to site
4. Speaking with candidates constantly: screening, interviewing, booking shifts, checking attendance, and keeping workers engaged
5. Coordinating start dates, shift details, inductions and last-minute cover
