We're offering a rare and exciting opportunity to take the next step in your field sales career. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of tactical field agents on our Flex Team-driving performance across some of the UK's most recognised FMCG brands in major retailers.
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom, BS2
Territory covering: Bristol, Gloucester, Cardiff, Swansea, Bournemouth, Taunton, Plymouth, Exeter, Truro & surrounding areas
Salary: £34,000 + 10% annual bonus + Company Car

What a typical week looks like:
* Monitoring performance against campaign KPIs
* Supporting local recruitment to ensure campaign readiness
* Conducting field visits and providing hands-on coaching
* Managing flexible staffing needs to cover absence and holiday
* Identifying areas to streamline and improve operations

* Monday to Friday working pattern (typically 9:00am - 5:30pm, flexibility required)
