Salary/rate: £75000.00 - £82000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus
A busy national housebuilder with a strong pipeline of secured work across Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a new residential development near Maldon.
With multiple live and upcoming schemes in the region, this is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career progression, and the chance to take full ownership of a flagship volume housing project.
The Role
* Full project responsibility from site setup through to completion
* Managing Site Managers and subcontractors on a large-scale housing scheme
* Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
* Controlling budgets, reporting progress, and ensuring delivery targets are met
* Working closely with Commercial and Technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within volume housebuilding
* Background delivering large residential schemes for a national or regional developer
* Strong leadership and programme management skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or equivalent)
* Stable career history within residential construction
