Key Responsibilities:
Support the Assistant Accountant in maintaining the Sales Ledger
Process daily sales invoices, journals, and adjustments
Manage inbound payments and allocate customer receipts
Provide assistance with credit control and customer account maintenance
Help with purchase ledger tasks including commission payments and reconciliation
Carry out general finance admin including exchange rate updates and goods-in services
Provide holiday cover for wider finance processes when neededWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience in finance administration
Excellent communication skills and confidence to speak with customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
