Senior Sales Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Nailsea. This position will focus on handling properties in Nailsea, Clevedon, and the surrounding villages. You’ll be instrumental in driving new business, managing client relationships, and guiding property transactions to successful completion. Senior Sales Negotiator Core Duties Register applicants, follow up on leads, and canvass for new opportunities. Conduct property valuations and prepare attractive marketing materials. Maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange viewings, and provide feedback. Oversee transactions from offer to completion, liaising with all relevant parties. Negotiating offer between buyers and vendors Senior Sales Negotiator Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a sales consultant role within the property industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using IT systems and property portals, with the ability to adapt to new technologies A working knowledge of social media platforms is a plus for business development and marketing Senior Sales Negotiator Package · Salary: £27,000 to £29,000, with an OTE of £33,000 to £35,000 · Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm (1 in 2 Saturdays with day in lieu during the week)
