We are supporting a Leeds-based organisation in recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join their busy finance team. This role is ideal for someone with solid payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Role: Administering both 4-weekly and monthly payrolls for a large, multi-site workforce Ensuring accuracy of time and attendance data, starters, leavers, and absence records Liaising with managers, administrators, and HR to resolve payroll queries Supporting with reconciliations, epayslips, and reporting requirements What were looking for: 3 years UK payroll experience in a multi-site environment Strong knowledge of PAYE, pensions, statutory obligations and absence regulations Confident Excel user with excellent numerical and organisational skills Strong communication skills, comfortable dealing with non-finance colleagues and payroll queries Whats on offer: Hybrid working (3 office days, 2 WFH) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Permanent role in a supportive finance team If youre an experienced payroll professional looking to take on a key role in a growing organisation, wed love to hear from you.
