Are you organised, methodical, with excellent communication and team working skills? We require a helpful and reliable team assistant to provide a top class admin service for a busy and dynamic health visiting team.
Role and Location
This role is Band 3 Team Assistant, supporting the Health Visitor Team who will be required to work across various bases/sites.
About You
The successful candidate will need a good eye for detail and understand the importance of working in a confidential environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping others, be flexible to support changing service requirements, and have excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels and with different audiences.

We are Manchester Local Care Organisation – an exciting, new public sector organisation bringing together NHS community health services and social care services in the city. We’re driven by the aim of improving the health of local people in Manchester by working across organisational boundaries.
Responsibilities
* Update and input data on to the EMIS System, liaising with health professionals, childrens services and other agencies to ensure all filing of manual and electronic records is up to date and accurate.
* Be organised and methodical with excellent communication skills and telephone manner, maintaining client/patient confidentiality.
* Demonstrate an investigative mind and self motivation to work in a busy environment.
