This stunning 53-bed home opened just 2 years ago and offers its residents state-of-the-art facilities unrivalled in the area, to include a coffee shop/bistro, hair & nail salon, separate dining and lounge areas and landscaped gardens, whilst at the same time providing exceptional standards of care supported by the very latest care planning and nurse-call technology.
Here at Ribble Court, we provide high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, with a person-centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
* Undertaking any necessary training supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene
* Assisting with eating and engaging in daily activities providing emotional support and companionship
* Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
* Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
* Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
Qualifications
* A positive outlook and a warm personality
* Demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector – experience is beneficial but not essential
* Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
