Join Our Team as a Recruitment Assistant

Complexus Care Limited is a thriving, growing company, whereby due to accelerated growth we are seeking an outgoing, professional, positive individual to join our team.

The role will provide effective administrative support to the HR function to include, but not limited to:

* Candidate Management:
* Screen CV's and applications, identifying suitable candidates.
* Conduct initial phone screenings or assessments.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant Care Manager and candidates, ensuring smooth logistics.
* Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and answering questions.
* Assist candidates during the interview process, providing necessary materials and support.
* Follow up with candidates after interviews and inform them of the outcome.
* Team Support:
* Liaise with Care Managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.
* Assist with recruitment events and activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
* To undertake any other duties as requested in order to assist the Office Manager within the scope of the role.

This role is part-time working Monday to Friday 10.00am – 2.30pm – 22.5 hours per week.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check will be required.

General

* Take ownership of own workload, taking on further responsibilities as agreed in support of own personal development.
* Work as part of a team with a positive attitude to provide general administrative support as needed across the organisation.
* Undertake any other duties as requested, within the scope of the role.

Salary - £24,000 pa pro-rata

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check WILL be required.
