A leading manufacturer of engineering components and devices is looking for a Service Manager to Manage the service department due to growth.
The Service Manager will be responsible for:
* Ensuring efficient Service Delivery and customer satisfaction
* Building and maintaining customer relationships
* Providing tailored solutions to customers
* Expanding the department’s service offering with clients
* An escalation point for customer issues within the service department
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests
* Prepare and analyse data and reports on service performance and improvement areas.
The ideal Service Manager will have:
* Experience working in a busy service department
* Excellent customer service experience
* Experience working with engineers and other departments for collaboration
