Consultant Psychiatrist – Intellectual Disability Service
Join St Andrew's Healthcare as a Consultant Psychiatrist in our Intellectual Disability Service based in Northampton. The role is full‑time, with a total salary package up to £160,000 depending on experience. You will develop, deliver and lead up to date treatments, research, teaching and governance activities within a highly collaborative environment.
Location & Working Hours
Northampton, United Kingdom. Full‑time, with flexible working arrangements considered.

Responsibilities
* Lead a multi‑disciplinary team and oversee complex patient needs
* Develop and strengthen clinical services within the Autism & Learning Disability Division
* Drive service improvement, innovation and specialist research
* Deliver up‑to‑date treatments with a holistic approach to care
* Engage in research, teaching, governance and management activities
Qualifications & Experience
Suitable for an experienced Consultant or someone due to complete their CCT in the next 6 months.
International medical graduates requiring Skilled Worker sponsorship will be considered.
