About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Cornerstone Healthcare for an experienced and highly proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO).

You will play a key role in enabling the COO to focus on strategic and operational priorities by taking ownership of administrative, organisational and coordination tasks.
Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll ensure the COO’s time is managed effectively while delivering high-quality support across a wide range of business activities.
This is a varied role that requires initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a busy executive environment.
Your Working Pattern
This role is based at our Head Office in Waterlooville, and the role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
40 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and coordinating the COO’s diary and schedule
* Preparing, reviewing and producing high-quality documents, reports and presentations
* Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Organising meetings, including preparing agendas and briefing materials
* Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions
* Implementing and maintaining action logs and tracking systems
* Conducting research and analysing data to support decision-making
* Screening calls, emails and enquiries, responding where appropriate
* Arranging travel and logistics as required
* Supporting presentations and senior meetings
* Providing general administrative support to the COO
Additional Responsibilities
* Support project work and undertake research assignments
* Assist with accounts and budget documentation
* Work closely with senior management across the organisation
* Manage your own workload and priorities effectively
What You’ll Bring
* 12 months experience in a EA role (Essential)
* Experience in Healthcare (Desirable)
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Advanced IT and Microsoft Office skills
* Outstanding organisational and time management ability
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* A proactive, flexible and adaptable approach
* Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
* High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
