This is a senior, visible role for a pensions professional who thrives on responsibility and variety. You'll sit at the centre of multiple occupational pension schemes, acting as trusted adviser, scheme secretary, project lead and problem-solver - with real influence over outcomes, not just processes.
What you'll do
* Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams
* Act as Scheme Secretary (permanent or interim)
* Own day-to-day client relationships and adviser engagement
* Manage governance, compliance, budgets and business plans across a portfolio of schemes
* Lead complex pensions projects and resolve issues before they escalate
* Drive quality, profitability and continuous improvement
