Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a small team of conveyancers and support staff Oversee a varied caseload of residential property matters (freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, etc) Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and client experience Contribute to business development and maintain strong referrer relationships Manage performance metrics, KPIs and financial targets About You Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with significant conveyancing experience Proven leadership experience within a residential property team Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Commercially astute with an interest in driving growth and innovation Excellent communication and client relationship skills What’s on Offer?
