The task is to manage and scale We are a primary supplier of high-grade permanent magnets, and we need an expert who can distinguish between high-value industrial buyers and low-margin hobbyist traffic.
Based on our 2025 sales data, your management will focus on these key pillars:
Industrial Separation (High-Ticket): Driving leads for our NeoDitch 24" Xtreme Ditch Magnets and N52 separators. These are essential for oilfield drilling and represent our highest transaction values ($500–$1,500+).
Neodymium Magnets (High-Volume): Scaling sales for our N52 and N55 Grade Rare Earth magnets (Cubes, Blocks, and Discs). These are our "workhorse" products for engineers and manufacturers.
Specialized Shapes: Optimizing the Shopping feed for 1.26" Neodymium Spheres and bulk Ceramic (Ferrite) Blocks, which serve the manufacturing and education sectors.
Key Objectives:
Merchant Center Optimization: Audit our BigCommerce product feed. Ensure technical specs (Pull Force, Grade, Coating) are mapped to Google Shopping attributes to capture "Long-Tail" search intent.
B2B Negative Keyword Strategy: Aggressively filter out "toy," "refrigerator," and "hobby" search terms to ensure our budget is spent on professional buyers.
Performance Max (PMax) Management: Structure asset groups specifically around Industrial Oilfield tools vs. Rare Earth magnets to ensure the creative matches the buyer intent.
Conversion Accuracy: Verify G4A and Google Ads tracking to ensure we are bidding based on actual ROAS from our high-margin industrial categories.
Qualifications:
Proven track record with Industrial, B2B, or Oil & Gas e-commerce.
Expertise in BigCommerce-to-Google Merchant Center integration.
Ability to translate technical product specs into high-performing ad copy.
