At GXO, we are proud to partner with some of the world's most recognisable brands. We are currently seeking a full time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Dartford, working alongside our customer IKEA at their distribution centre.
You will work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with two shift options available: 06:00 - 18:00 or 09:00 - 21:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
* Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site
* Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
* Manage customer service both internally and externally
* Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
* Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills
* Understanding of Tachograph compliance and Working Time Directives
* Good MS Office knowledge
* Strong communication skills, with ability to work on own initiative as well as team engagement/delivery
