<p>Enterprise Account Executive - London, hybrid</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Client</strong></p><p>Founded in 2019, our client is a fast-growing AI infrastructure business with offices in San Francisco and an expanding EMEA presence. With ~55 employees globally, theyve built one of the worlds most widely used open source data labelling platforms — trusted by over 350,000 data scientists and ML engineers worldwide.</p><p><br></p><p>Their platform enables enterprises to train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models using high-quality annotated data, combining powerful software with managed data services for large organisations building AI at scale. They work with some of the worlds most sophisticated teams investing heavily in machine learning and AI development.</p><p><br></p><p>Grown from $400k ARR in 2021 to ~$10M today and projected to double this year, theyve achieved this without relying on heavy external investment — a rare thing in this space. As demand for AI and machine learning infrastructure continues to accelerate, they are scaling quickly and the European market represents a major growth opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Youll Get</strong></p><p>- £80,000–£120,000 base salary (depending on experience)</p><p>- Double OTE (Uncapped)</p><p>- Equity</p><p>- Remote-first (Western Europe) OR a couple of days per week in the London office <strong>(only if youre based there)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Youll be joining a business selling a highly technical and increasingly mission-critical platform into enterprise organisations at the forefront of AI adoption — with real scope to grow as the European business scales.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Youll Do</strong></p><p>This is a key EMEA hire, working directly with the Head of EMEA and global sales leadership to build out the European business. Its a genuine ground-floor opportunity to shape how the company goes to market across the region.</p><p><br></p><p>Youll run full-cycle enterprise sales processes, selling into technical and senior stakeholders — data scientists, ML engineers, Heads of AI, CTOs, and VP-level buyers. Deal sizes typically range from ~$100k to $120k+, with larger enterprise opportunities up to ~$600k, and sales cycles of around five months involving multiple stakeholders across the business.</p><p>Youll be expected to generate a portion of your own pipeline alongside strong inbound demand generated through their large and active open-source community — a genuine differentiator in terms of brand awareness and warm engagement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Youll Need</strong></p><p>- A proven track record in complex, full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales with annual quotas of $1M+</p><p>- Confidence selling technical products and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes</p><p>- Experience selling into engineering, data, or AI teams is highly desirable</p><p>- A background in AI, data, developer tools, or technical SaaS would be a strong advantage</p><p>- Comfortable in a scale-up environment — Open to coaching, proactive and have the right attitude: sleeves up, hands dirty, self-starter!</p>
