Job Title: Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing
Location: Bromley (Initial full-time office presence, then hybrid)
Salary: £50,000–£75,000 D.O.E

About the Role
Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their collaborative, client-focused team. You’ll be working closely with an experienced Partner and a highly capable team with over 85 years’ combined experience. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and opportunities for development in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload involving sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Handle Landlord and Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases
* Deliver clear, high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships
* Support the wider conveyancing team and contribute to team development
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
* Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong client care and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
