We are seeking graduates who:
* Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree in Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline
* Have achieved A–C grades at A-Level*
* Hold strong GCSE qualifications, including English, Maths, and Science
* Possess excellent communication skills and strong subject knowledge
* Are enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to working with young people
* Are excited to begin a career in teaching
