Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Swanage and the surrounding Dorset area. With a mix of day-to-day, term-time, and longer-term placements available, we can offer flexible work that fits around you.

About You
We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals who:
* Have experience supporting children or young people (school, nursery, or care experience welcome)
* Are patient, reliable, and passionate about helping students succeed
* Can work effectively as part of a team and take initiative in the classroom
* Are available for part-time or full-time term-time work
No formal qualifications are required — what matters most is your enthusiasm and commitment to supporting young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
