What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a GP Pharmacist and make a tangible difference in patient care. In this role, you will:
* manage repeat prescriptions and medication queries
* support long-term condition reviews and medication optimisation
* work alongside the wider clinical team to ensure safe prescribing
* update and maintain accurate records in EMIS
* contribute to improving practice workflow and safety

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* strong EMIS experience
* previous experience working in a GP surgery setting
* excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
* GPhC registration as a pharmacist

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a flexible locum opportunity. Any x3 weekdays per week. Working hours are 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch on Wednesdays). The role is ongoing, with long-term potential.
