Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Director and the Director of Clinical Services on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm

As Personal Assistant, you will provide PA support to the Hospital Director and Head of Clinical Services, facilitating the smooth operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Hospital Director (HD) and Director of Clinical Services (DoCS) offices in achieving high standards in terms of efficiency, presentation standards and customer care.
* Provision of administrative support to the Hospital Director and the Director of Clinical services (DoCS).
* Organise and prepare for meetings with internal/external parties including production of agendas and minutes. Attend these meetings as required and distribute documentation.
* Assisting in organising the daily schedule of the HD/ DoCS
* Arranging events and forums
* Submitting expenses
* Files and document organisation/ management
* Dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries
Applicants must have:
* Proven track record of holding a similar position, preferably at senior management level
* Excellent IT skills - highly proficient in MS Word, and a good knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel.
* Accurate, fast typing skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and offering support and advice where needed
* Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage and prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
