Planning Administrator – Trelleborg Group

Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 12 pm (38 hours per week). Flexi‑time is available.
Responsibilities
* Provide weekly manufacturing orders and guide production planning process.
* Update Key Performance Indicator list.
* Refresh system reports.
* Maintain and monitor Sales Progress “Chase” list.
* Create daily plans for the “Wrapping Shop” department.
* Lead the Planning Inventory Meeting and optimise material usage.
* Report daily and weekly On Time Delivery figures.
* General housekeeping tasks.
* Nest parts for laminates.
Qualifications
* A‑level qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent NVQ.
* Prior experience in planning administration.
* Manufacturing experience is a plus.
* Strong analytical, organisational and time‑management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
* Effective time management in a fast‑paced environment.
* Passion for continuous improvement.
* Strong work ethic with a positive, can‑do attitude.
* Initiative and collaborative team spirit.
