We’re on the hunt for an experienced Media Partnerships Lead to join our dynamic Activation Team. This pivotal role involves managing and overseeing the production and execution of content partnership campaigns across the group, working with a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients and media partners.
This is a 3-month freelance contract and falls within IR35. While the primary focus is on Media Partnerships (Print, Radio, Digital), there’s potential to collaborate on Branded Entertainment projects (AV, AFP, etc.) for the right candidate.
Reporting Line - You’ll report directly to the Senior Associate Director – Media Partnership Activation.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Expertise
* Proven experience in partnerships and production at Account Director or Senior Manager level within a media agency or media owner.
* Strong knowledge of all media channels, including print, radio, and digital.
* Deep understanding of content, partnerships, and production processes.
Skills & Attributes
* Hyper-organised with excellent project management skills.
* Exceptional people skills, confident in managing clients and multiple stakeholder relationships.
* Strong commercial awareness, with experience tracking fees, managing SOWs, and ensuring financial processes are followed.
* Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, including accurate month-end reporting.
* Ability to prioritise workloads (both your own and junior team members’) and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
* A confident communicator, capable of leading client meetings and delivering presentations.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative a natural problem-solver and a “yes” person.
* Strong team leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
