The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging marketing communications to drive member engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will:
* Develop and execute compelling email campaigns that balance commercial offers with brand-building content to drive key KPIs and long-term member advocacy.
* Manage marketing activity within the Membership App, including push notifications, in-app messaging, gamified content, and segmented audience communications to increase engagement and retention.
* Work closely with the Membership & Marketing Analytics Manager to use predictive analytics and insight to inform personalised loyalty experiences across all available touchpoints.
* Create content for app, email, and web channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Deliver effective below-the-line marketing plans, collaborating with external media agencies where required.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including member lifetime value, shopping frequency, average basket spend, app reviews and downloads, and email performance metrics.
* Support initiatives to reduce member churn and increase colleague participation across the loyalty programme.

* A proactive, commercial mindset, focused on improving retention, lifetime value, and overall programme performance.
* The confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also thriving as part of a wider marketing team.
